car picinic in the rain

we packed a lunch to eat on a hike wr planned, but it was do wet when
we arrived, we opted to eat dry sandwhiches in the car first, then hike.

our trusty steed - Toyota corolla

rain and all, we managed to make some quick stops along the road to
absorb the scenery as the west coast unfolded in front of us....

(wed afternoon) first view of the west coast, rain had begun

as we drive out of the valley from murchison to the west coast, the
rain started. our views were a bit limited by the low clouds, and
windshield wipers... but lovely none the less.
